Chhatrapathi Shivaji Terminus (CST):

CST should be visited to admire the incredible architecture that makes it a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A section of the terminus is open to the public and this heritage gallery explains the history of the Indian Railways with its miniature models and ancient relics. A heritage tour is organized. You climb the stairs to see the dome. They are struck by stained glass windows and elaborate carvings on columns and windows. With a small entrance fee, you can take a look at our history.

Juhu Beach:

Famous for Bollywood movies, a visit to Juhu Beach is reminiscent of the movies we grew up with. Sequences of songs, nail of films, pursuits of writings, Juhu has seen everything. Enjoy splashing in the waves and watch the sunset. Fight your way through the busy crowd of famous cat counters that serve bhels, sevpuri, panipuri, pavbhaji and, of course, the stackable bowl of Mumbai, the vadapav.

Boat trip:

Do not miss the three-kilometer stretch between Nariman Point and Babulnath. Another favorite of the movies, you’ll know why, if you watch the Marine Drive shine like a queen’s necklace After your party, your eyes were mesmerizing while watching sunset from the main street in the city of Mumbai.

Gate of India:

Bandst Bandstand:

Haji Ali Dargah:

Another famous monument of Mumbai is the Haji Ali Dargah on a small island. It is located on the Worli coast in South Mumbai. It is a sensitive example of the Indo-Islamic architecture style and contains the grave of Sayed Peer Haji Ali Shah Bukhari.

Chowpatty Beach:

On the bustling beach, Chowpatty is popular with locals and tourists alike. A great place to unwind on weekends or after a day’s work, Chowpatty constantly strengthens you with turmoil, sea breeze and tickling tickling and invigorating the famous ice golas.

Siddhi Vinayak Mandir:

Siddhivinayak is one of the most visited temples in Mumbai and has a rich heritage. The architecture of the temple is magnificent and has allowed worshipers to admire the carved image of Ashtavinayak on the wooden doors, while the series is waiting to visit the divinity Siddhi Vinayak in a small shrine covered with a golden roof. The phoolgalli outside the temple has many shops selling pooja offerings such as flowers and coconuts. A special menu, a prepared menu that is called “Prasad” In addition to the usual fare, Mumbai is in the temple area.

Nehru Center:

With a striking pineapple design, the Nehru Center is a complex with different cultural facets. It has a planetarium, a gallery, a theater and an exhibition entitled “Discovery of India”. This exhibition presents the history of India for several decades. He takes the cultural, philosophical and artistic tour of India with a lot of informative materials, displays and a competent staff. The Nehru Science Center is nearby.

A Memorable Trip to Kottayam

Temple of Thirunnakkara Mahadeva:

Built in the 16th century by Thekkumkoor Raja, this shiva temple in Kottayam is very famous. The temple’s Koothambalam, which features traditional dance performances, and epic murals on the walls of the temple are examples of Kerala’s traditional and beautiful architecture. A famous event of the temple is the Aaraattu festival, which is celebrated with a mix of performances by professional artists.

St. Mary’s Orthodox Church:

In Cheriyapalli, about four kilometers from Kottayam, the Syriac Orthodox Church of St. Mary was built by the Portuguese. But there is an influence of the classical Indian architectural style, as seen in the skillful stone carvings and murals on the walls of the church.

Temple of Subramanya Swami:

Subramanya Swamy temple is located in a village called Kidangoor, about 17 kilometers from Kottayam. It is dedicated to Lord Subramanya. It is one of the oldest and largest temples in Kerala and is built on the banks of the Meenachali River. The annual temple festival is a big deal when professional artists perform Chakyarkoothu, a traditional form of Kerala dance.

Kottathavalam Basement:

The Kottathavalam Caves are an ideal picnic spot near the Murugan Hills in Kottayam. A climb up a staircase that leads to the cave in the rocks leads you to these magnificent formations. It is fascinating to see the rocks in the cellars in the form of flesh and layers. Another wonderful work of art are the sculptures of Madurai Meenakshi, Murugan, Ayyappa, Kannakki and images of weapons in these cellars.

Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary:

For bird lovers, a trip to Kottayam can be completed with a visit to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, 16 km away. The sanctuary on the shores of Lake Vembanad is a paradise for birds. There are approximately 90 species of local birds and 50 species of migratory birds in the 14 acres of natural habitat. Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary is one of the largest in India.

The park is also the base of the beautiful spring that is the upper reaches of the Upper Sacramento River.

Lake Siskiyou:

Overlooking Mount Shasta, with breathtaking views of the Shasta National Forest, Lake Siskiyou awaits you. The lake is a complete family trip with opportunities for fishing, camping and trekking in the middle of nature.

Shasta-Trinity National Forest:

The Shasta-Trinity National Forest is located in northern California and is managed by the US Forest Service. With many beautiful campsites, the place is a pleasure for campers. With its varied landscapes, forests, hills and lakes it promises adventure.

Mount Shasta Ski Park:

Between the town of Mount Shasta and the town of McCloud in the Cascade Mountain Range is the Mount Shasta Ski Park. With almost 425 hectares of ski slopes, the Ski Park is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers.

Castle Lake:

Castle Lake is located in the Trinity Mountains in Siskiyou County and is a glacial lake. Typically located in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, the lake flows into Castle Lake Creek and joins the Siskiyou Lake Reservoir. Fishing and camping are both a pleasant experience at Castle Lake. But the hike takes the cake as there are beautiful trails leading to the Castle Crags Wilderness area, which leads to Castle Crags State Park next to the trails to Heart Lake and Little Castle Lake.
